Kvyat will not return to Toro Rosso, says Marko

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Toro Rosso will continue with rookies Brendon Hartley and Pierre Gasly for the rest of the Formula One season after deciding there is no way back for Russian driver Daniil Kvyat.
