Hamilton favorite for 2018 title and knighthood

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Lewis Hamilton has been installed as the bookmakers' favorite for next year's Formula One championship, with the Mercedes driver also a 4/1 shot to be knighted in Britain's New Year's honors list.
