MELBOURNE (Reuters) - GOLDOC chairman Peter Beattie has apologized for a "stuff-up" at the closing ceremony of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games after athletes were marginalized from the television broadcast and a string of officials hogged the spotlight with lengthy speeches.
