Olympics: IOC confirms 169 Russians cleared to compete in Pyeongchang

BERN (Reuters) - The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has confirmed that 169 Russian athletes have been cleared to compete at next month's Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games.
