Cycling: Felline wins Tour de Romandie prologue

AIGLE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Italian Fabio Felline won the prologue of the Tour de Romandie to claim the overall lead after a 4.8-km individual time trial on a slippery course on Tuesday.
