Italian Giovinazzi replaces Wehrlein for F1 test

LONDON (Reuters) - Ferrari reserve driver Antonio Giovinazzi will replace Sauber's injured German Pascal Wehrlein at the first pre-season test in Barcelona next week, the Swiss-based Formula One team said on Friday.
