IOC President Bach to skip Paralympic Games
RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach will not attend any of the Paralympic Games starting in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) said.
